How Sunnypoint's online Shopping Works

Take your time, relax, & HAVE FUN browsing our available inventory of plants and gardening supplies.  Then, when you're ready, make your selections & fill your garden shopping cart!  

Please note:   We list as many of our plants online as possible, but our plant inventory is just too large to list completely online!  So...if you can't find an item here that we usually have., please email or give us a call! 

Review your order.  In-store pickup is the default choice for receiving your purchase.  We do not ship plants.   If you would like your order delivered, please see our delivery instructions below.  

Add any "Special Instructions" for us.   If you have any special requests for your order like plant brand, color or size not already specified in your order, here is where you can tell us!  We promise to select the best plants for your order!  

Make payment & complete your purchase.  We will email you to confirm receipt of your order.  If needed, we will also verify when you plan to pickup & any additional order details we may need to successfully complete your online order. 

Online orders will be ready for in-store pickup the following day or for pickup on a future date you choose during checkout. We will send an email to confirm when your order is ready for pickup.  

All online orders must be picked up within 2 days of your scheduled pickup date.  Orders not picked up within the 2 day pickup window will be refunded, less a 10% restocking fee.  In the event your order is not picked up within the allowable timeframe, we will attempt to contact you prior to refunding your order.   

SPRING 2023 SEASON PURCHASES - 

Please note that online plant purchases MUST be scheduled for pickup by June 15th.  Any plant purchases scheduled for a pickup date later than June 15th will immediately be refunded.  

Delivery service can be added to your purchase during to checkout.  Cost of delivery is determined by the zip code of your delivery address.  Simply enter the delivery address for your purchase & delivery charges will be automatically added to your purchase.  

After checkout, we will contact you (either by phone or email) to advise your scheduled delivery date.  Orders will be delivered between 4pm-6pm on your scheduled delivery day.  Please know that it may take a day or two for us to deliver your order to you.  We will make every effort to deliver orders as quickly as we can.

We will leave your order on your driveway or doorstep only. No need to leave your home or have contact with the driver.  Drivers are not able to place items in other locations or within your garden or yard.
