- Original receipt of purchase required for full refund
- May be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase, within the retail season it was purchased
- Must be in free of damage & in original packaging
- Items returned without a sales receipt or without its original packaging are subject to management approval and will be refunded at the lowest selling price for store credit only
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on clearance merchandise
- Damaged or defective item returns are subject to management approval and will be exchanged for a replacement item or store credit only

- May be returned for a refund or exchange within 24 hours of purchase

- Must not have been planted, have been properly watered & cared for, and be in resalable condition

- Annuals, Edibles, Succulents, Roses, Buddleias, Tropicals, and Houseplants

- Guaranteed for 30 days after date of purchase
- Original sales receipt is required; replacement plants will not be given if we cannot verify the item purchase
- Replacement plant or in-store credit will be given
- Dead plant or recent dated photo of affected plant & plant tag are requested for replacement

- Perennials purchased on sale are not guaranteed
- Plants that are tagged Zone 6 or higher are not guaranteed

- Guaranteed until September 1st of the year they were purchased

GOOD TO KNOW
- Sunnypoint's Plant Guarantee does not apply to dead or damaged plants under the following conditions:
- Lack of proper horticultural care (watering, fertilizing, etc.)
- Animal browsing or insect damage
- Weather related issues (drought, fost, floods, etc.)
- Perennials, Shrubs & Trees planted in containers
- Over-wintered plants; our guarantee is for same season purchases only
